SOME ADDED NOTES ON SAMPLE PACKS:
- Some Sample Cards came in paper envelopes with MetaZoo stamps on them, and had a total of 2,000 ever created. The first 500 of these enveloped sample card packs were signed and numbered by Michael Waddell himself, with the first half (250) envelopes having a special border, and the second half (250) envelopes having a special gold embossed envelope.
- All other sample cards sold by MetaZoo Games were shipped out in bubble mailers (for better protection).
- There were a grand total of 9,600 MetaZoo Sample Cards ever created. 96 sample cards with 100 copies of each.

- The “50 packs & 5 wrapping papers” bundle was re-added to the MetaZoo Marketplace on December 15, 2021 for 24 hours at the same prior-listed USD$139.99 price tag; a few weeks after its initial 8-hour sale.
- The different color booster packs did not distinguish between pulling a promo card, or a holo card, or a card from 1st edition rather than 2nd edition. The two booster pack variants (red and green) were purely decorative differences.
- Knowing that there were 30,000 Christmas promo boxes made, with 10x promo cards in each box, with a bit of quick math we can conclude that there were a total of 300,000 Christmas cards printed (between 1st edition 2020, 2nd edition 2021 and the New Year’s promos). If we divide 300,000 cards by 12 different cards in the sets, we get 25,000 copies of every card printed.
